Intensity, embodied, is the name of the game.

The last few weeks of my life have been intense. Yet I have never felt more grounded in the truth of my creations than I do now. Each layer I integrate, an untruth reveals to me the next layer of my evolution. As I intentionally engage that, my life is filled with possibilities I would have never imagined in the past.

The recent stretch of deep dives, intentional completions, and new possibilities surfacing have now become the new platform from which I choose to dive into the rest of my life.

Yesterday, a group of six women and I entered the conversational space where the Signal that I AM begins to lead – the Manifesting a Meaningful Life exploration. (Curious about the Signal — think of it as the internal truth that communicates through the body and whispers without expectation.)

It’s my first time facilitating Manifesting. And in the theme of intensity, I decided to open up the container and make it a four-month-long process, in addition to the Signature WEL-Systems® six-day experience in September.

(This year, I will welcome up to two more women in this experience for a maximum of 8, so if that’s you — email me.)

Manifesting is THE most fun intensive of them all because it is the Signal conversation. I mean, where else can anyone be in the immensity of this exploration?!

Truth be told — nowhere.

It’s not that there aren’t brilliant people talking about the Signal that we are – it’s that nowhere else do we actually embrace it on a deep, intimate, and personal level: I AM.

I AM.

When we live from the essence of those words, we live magnificent lives.

Contrary to popular belief, living from your Signal doesn’t mean life gets easier.

It means you show up – in your body, in your moment – and you be intentional about being yourself– even when you stick out like a sore thumb.

Case in point: I presented on untangling trauma at the continuing education Cultivating Resilience Summit in Dayton, Ohio (a 13-hour drive for me!) – and I loved it!

During the two-day experience, I know I stood out. My physical presence is different than most professionals – and that does not go unnoticed.

During the presentation – which had a full room(!!!) of about 60 people who work in trauma, by the way – I presented the truth of my experience, unapologetically.

Despite warning people twice that this presentation would be different, several commented afterward that … this was different.

But in that difference, people noticed something powerful about themselves – “You can’t give what you haven’t got” isn’t a mantra. It’s a fundamental and foundational truth.

The funniest – yet most predictable – part of it all was this moment where I asked: “How many of you are firstborn daughters in this room?” In a room of 60 professionals in the helping field, 56 women raised their hands. Plus three firstborn sons.

I dared to record this presentation and here is a short clip that I feel captures the essence of the surprise that most burned-out professionals and caretakers experience when they hear what I had to share.

Listen to the laughter in the room — the recognition of truth spoken out loud. Listen for the hunger that we have to evolve, desperate to find it in the intellect… Somewhere deep and dark within, knowing: It will never be found there.

It’s pretty funny — until you realize that the byproduct of who you think you are is nothing more than a cultural script, playing itself out.

For those of you who have completed the Decloaking intensive, you know where this helper phenomenon comes from.

While that is who we have been taught to be, out of our awareness, it does not mean it’s who we are capable of becoming.

To engage who we are capable of becoming demands taking “risks” — Following our intuition and impulses, Being patient with ourselves, Becoming intentional about our creations and how we move through the world.

The truth of it is: It wasn’t easy for me to do this.

I had to make some hard choices — Apply to speak to a room of professionals, Drive 13 hours, Pay for gas and the hotel room, And the hardest part — leave my son for three days.

I share this with you because I know what it takes to live this way.

I don’t talk about it — I live it.

And that’s what I want for you.

Wherever you are in your journey is not what’s important. What’s important is that you realize — and choose to trust — that voice inside yourself that says yes.

No need for because. Just yes. No need for “reasons” masquerading as excuses. Just yes.

Then engage. And let go. Let go of the outcome. Engage for potential.

But...before you can intentionally engage your potential, you have to become clear about who you are. What’s the voice of truth — and what’s the voice of trauma? How do you know the difference?

In my now 20 years of seeking, nothing has allowed me to find like the process outlined in the WEL-Systems body of knowledge.

And it all starts with Decloaking.

The audio files for those who are curious.

The 5-day intensive in October for those who are ready.

The container for the five-day experience is forming.

So if your body says yes – Even a skeptical but curious yes – Let me know.

I’ll let you know the next steps for you once I hear from you. Take your time — and trust what your body’s telling you.

Despite everyone’s best efforts, healing often turns into another thing to get right.

We go on search for the right tools and modalities while trying so hard not to fall back into old patterns — and somehow, it still feels like you’ve done the work, but something deeper is still running the show.

It’s time to step out of the loop and into a deeper understanding of what’s actually shaping your reality. This workshop is all about: Cultivating Resilience Through Understanding the Mind’s Architecture.

Inside, you won’t find “fixing” but a space for seeing clearly — and choosing differently. The 7 Logical Levels of Thought offer a map to your mind — not to fix yourself, but to see where your thinking got shaped, and how to begin reclaiming it.

This isn’t mindset work. It’s deep pattern recognition. It’s about what trained your mind in the first place.

If that landed, the next step is clear.

Ready to dive deeper in conversation?

I’m Stela Murrizi, and I work with women who feel too much, think too deeply, and carry a silent ache that something’s missing.

Here, we don’t shy away from that ache—we turn toward it.

Through the body-led, science-backed process taught by the WEL-Systems Institute that’s been evolving for over 30 years, we explore the places culture taught you to avoid—so you can remember who you are and reclaim how you live.
